Personal Training

The strength portion of your training program is designed to introduce you to the benefits of muscle development, such as increased bone density, increased muscle mass, decreased body fat,  improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL (good) cholesterol. Your individualized program will include practical, effective exercises based on the results of your fitness assessment.
